Redheads® Butane Gas Cartridges are engineered for high performance and compatibility with a wide range of butane fuel appliances, including stoves, heaters, lamps, and more. Featuring double safety measures with Rim Vent Safety (RVR) and Triple-Sealed Rim Vent Release (TSR), these cartridges ensure universal and secure gas refilling. Perfect for DIY projects, camping, cooking, and BBQs, they provide reliable performance in various outdoor and indoor settings.

Each cartridge contains 220g butane gas.

Keep the container in a well-ventilated place. Store away from children, heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. This is a pressurised container; protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn, even when empty. Avoid inhaling the contents. Intentional misuse by concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal. Do not attempt to refill. Cartridge complies with EN417 standards.

How to change butane gas cartridges

  1. Ensure you are in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources and others.
  2. Begin by closing the appliance valve.
  3. Release and remove the cartridge from the appliance carefully.
  4. When not in use, always place the protective cap on the cartridge.
  5. Follow all additional instructions provided with your appliance to ensure safe handling and operation.

How To Refill

Always refill a gas match in an upside-down position

  1. Hold firmly, insert refill into filling valve, applying an even downward pressure
  2. Escaping gas indicates the gas match is full
  3. Wait 2 minutes before using
