Are Redheads interested in my old match boxes?

We love vintage matchboxes and are always excited to see them! You can share images with us through our official Instagram page. For a deeper discussion about matchbox collecting, we recommend reaching out to the Australian Matchbox Collectors Society.

Are your products sustainable/environmentally friendly?

Redheads® BBQ Charcoal

Our charcoal is made from 100% natural compressed sawdust, completely free from chemicals and binders. This ensures a pure grilling experience that won’t taint your food, enhancing the taste and cooking process.

Redheads® Matches

We use Aspen Timber, a naturally propagating tree native to Sweden, for our matches. Aspen is also used in wood pulp production, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable practices.

Our matches are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), reflecting our dedication to sustainable and responsible sourcing of wood products.

Redheads® Matchboxes

Our matchboxes are crafted from recycled board, incorporating a high percentage of recycled materials to support a circular economy.

Redheads® BBQ Briquettes

Our Briquettes are produced from 100% renewable Acacia wood, using a natural corn starch binder for a clean burn. They are packaged in recycled paper bags, supporting our commitment to sustainability.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchases?

Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale options for businesses. Please visit our wholesale page for more information or contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Can I find Redheads products in international markets?

Currently, Redheads products are primarily available within Australia. However, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand our reach internationally. Stay tuned for updates on our progress and potential availability in other countries.

Are there any Redheads collectibles or limited-edition items available?

Yes, we occasionally release collectibles and limited-edition items. To find out about the latest collectibles and special editions, check our products or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Online orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on our courier’s website.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

If it has been over 12 hours since your order was placed, we will be unable to cancel or modify your order including updating your address.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact page. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping within Australia only. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back with us for updates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost before finalising your purchase during the checkout process.
