Our online stockist range is designed for independent retailers looking to stock selected Redheads collectables, gifts and lifestyle products.
Our range of Redheads Fire Essentials — including matches, firelighters, lighters and BBQ fuel — is also available to purchase through this portal.

What products are available through the Stockist Range?
The range includes selected Redheads collectables, gifts, homewares and lifestyle products. Redheads Fire Essentials including matches, firelighters, lighters and bbq fuel are also available.
Is this the same as a Redheads wholesale account?
No. The Stockist Range is for selected Redheads lifestyle products and fire essentials. For larger volumes of Fire Essential products, please refer to the Wholesale page.
How do I apply?
Complete the online Stockist Application with your business details. Our team will review your application and respond within two business days.
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from established retail businesses wanting to sell Redheads products, including gift stores, homewares stores, general dealers and other suitable independent retailers. All applications are reviewed before access is granted.
I already have a Redheads customer account. Can I use the same email?
No, we recommend applying using a separate email address associated with your business account.
Can I see the Stockist Range before applying?
No. The collection is only visible once you are logged in with an approved stockist account.
Can I purchase products outside the Stockist Range?
Yes, from the wider Redheads online store, but stockist pricing and terms only apply to eligible products within the dedicated Stockist Product Range.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $250 including GST
How much is delivery?
First orders of $400 or more (calculated after any product or cart discounts are deducted) ship free Australia-wide.
First orders under $400, and all subsequent orders, are charged freight based on total order weight:
- Up to 15kg: $65
- 15kg to 30kg: $75
- 30kg to 60kg: $90
- 60kg to 400kg: $160
- Over 400kg: Free
Any order over 400kg ships free, whether it's your first order or a repeat order. Most orders fall in the $65 to $75 range. Heavier items such as multiple 4kg charcoal bags and/or full cartons of firelighters or matches will contribute more to order weight than smaller merchandise lines.
Delivery is 5 to 8 business days Australia-wide.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery is 5 to 8 business days Australia-wide. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes, a PDF invoice will be emailed once your order has been processed and released for fulfilment.
Can I sell Redheads products online?
Please include details of your online store details in your application, this will be assessed as part of the application process.
What happens if my application is not approved?
We assess applications based on business suitability, location, product fit and the information provided. Approval is not guaranteed, but you are welcome to contact us if your circumstances change or you would like us to reconsider your application in the future.
What are the payment terms?
Full payment is made at checkout on the Stockist Portal.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We do not accept change of mind returns, if any items are damaged or faulty, contact us on stockist@redheads.com.au
