About the Stockist Range
The Redheads Stockist Range includes selected collectables and lifestyle products available for resale, such as homewares, apparel, gifts and limited-release merchandise.
Access is available only to approved stockists. Once your application has been approved, you can log in using your registered email address to browse the range and place orders online.

What products are available through the Stockist Range?
The range includes selected Redheads collectables, gifts, homewares, apparel and lifestyle products. Availability may change as new products are released or existing products sell through.
Is this the same as a Redheads wholesale account?
No. The online Stockist Range is specifically for selected Redheads collectable and lifestyle products.
Businesses interested in stocking our core fire products, including matches, lighters, firelighters, charcoal and related products, should visit our separate Wholesale page.
How do I apply?
Complete our online Stockist Application with your business details. Our team will review your application and respond within two business days.
Who can apply?
The range is intended for established retail businesses that would like to resell Redheads products. This may include gift stores, homewares stores, lifestyle retailers, tourism stores and other suitable independent retailers.
All applications are reviewed before access is granted.
How do I access the range once approved?
Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your access.
Log in to the Redheads website using the email address included in your application. The Stockist Product Range will then become available through your account and the website footer.
I already have a Redheads customer account. Can I use the same email?
No, we recommend applying using a separate email address you would like associated with your business account.
Once approved, our team will confirm how to access the Stockist Range.
Can I see the Stockist Range before applying?
No. The collection is only visible to approved customers who are logged in with an account carrying the stockist tag.
Can I purchase products outside the Stockist Range?
You may purchase products from the wider Redheads online store, but stockist pricing and conditions only apply to eligible products within the dedicated Stockist Product Range.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order amount is AUD $20.
How much is delivery?
Stockist orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $65 within eligible Australian delivery areas.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice will be emailed once your order has been processed and released for fulfilment.
Can I sell Redheads products online?
Please include details of your online store in your application. Approval to sell Redheads products online may be assessed as part of the application process.
What happens if my application is not approved?
We assess each application based on business suitability, location, product fit and the information provided. Approval is not guaranteed, but you are welcome to contact us if your circumstances change or you would like us to reconsider your application in the future.
